General Library Rules & Regulations

Beaconhouse Sri Inai International School Library users who do not comply with the following rules may be asked to leave the library and the privilege of using the facility can be withdrawn.

• Silence must be observed in the library at all tiumes, if you have to talk, please use your inner voice.
• Drinking and eating inside the library is not allowed at any time.
• Bags are not allowed inside the library.

• The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the library unless for research purposes (with permission)

• The need of having a library card is COMPULSORY before you start to borrow any books. Library card fees are as described.

• You should bring and show the library card to the librarian if you want to borrow book.

• Improper use of the facility OR improper behavior will lead to suspension for a specific period of time.

• No book to be borrowed or returned without the librarian’s knowledge.

• Book returned after the due date is liable to a surcharge of RM 0.50/day.

• Lost book borrowed from library is to be replaced by the borrower.

• The librarian reserves the right to withdraw the privilege of using the library on the basis of violation of set guidelines.
